Mischa Barton was caught lighting up a joint on Roberto Cavalli’s yacht in Cannes. Poor thing… it must be hard realizing you are falling down the celebrity scale. No movie to promote in Cannes…. no television show. I guess ditching the OC wasn’t such a great idea after all!
