Britney Spears! What the hell is she thinking? She is smoking with her kids and the cigarette is basically shoved in little Jayden’s face. It looks like he is about to touch it. I bet the glass in her hand is filled with vodka!

Some one needs to slap some sense into her.. um, for six or seven hours..! I love the naked kid running on concrete, Ouch! She solved the diaper problem.. let them poop and pee with the dogs outside and call in the maid or gardener.
That cig doesn’t look lit and big deal if the kid is naked on concrete??
