Nicole Richie is denying reports she was caught smoking in New York City this weekend.Her rep tells Extra that accounts of Richie smoking are “irresponsible and untrue.” And while columnist Cindy Adams claims Richie lit up outside New York restaurants DaSilvano and Nobu Richie and Madden are reportedly abroad and nowhere near New York.
This bitch is so dumb, she probably wasn’t even present at the conception.
