Kevin Federline’s Lawyer Pissed at Britney
Kevin Federline’s lawyer is fed up with Britney Spears. He is furious that Britney was too sick to depo yesterday morning but not too sick to party in the evening.Plans are underway for Kaplan to ask Commissioner Scott Gordon in the custody case to bar Britney from asking for anything more than she already has under court order.? Sources say Kaplan feels that Britney should not be allowed to have her Twinkie and eat it too. In other words, she should not be allowed to go into court and ask to restore custody if she won’t sit for a deposition to determine if she really is a fit parent.
Kaplan could ask for other penalties, including attorney’s fees.

Kaplan is not one to talk.K-leech has had his twinkie and he is eatting it too…What father lays around all day having nannies and bodyguards take care of his kids while he does NOTHING..The courts should make him get a JOB like most fathers do to support ALL HIS KIDS..Kaplam doesnt mention the fact that K-LEECH hasnt had a deposition either. LET the papz chase him around all day…ooops I forgot he doesn’t do anything all day but play ping pong..my bad..
