i think that quote is made by somebody bullshitting. if we have no way to know the results, then how is that fact that she tested positive for a prescribed drug confirmed? they can’t say that the rumor about a positive test is true but for a prescription, but then say that there is no way any rumors of any outcomes can be true because the results are “sealed”. i call pr bullshit, and they are hoping that they can convince us to ignore the next rumor of a failed test. too bad they already told us the rumor source was reliable instead!
