Her weight plummeted in recent times, but last night Courtney Love stepped out in London last night looking thinner than ever. She looks just horrible….The former Hole frontwoman was all skin and bone as she arrived for a movie screening at the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill to benefit the British Film Institute. With her backless halter neck dress revealing a protruding ribcage, the gaunt star looked terrible. She needs to have a good meal or two….. Get help Courtney! Source
