Kate Moss “An old HAG”

Kate Moss flew into a wild rage yesterday when she learned that her on/off junkie boyfriend Pete Doherty had branded her a ‘nasty old rag’ in an interview.

The model had a screaming fit, smashed pictures and threw a wine glass at a wall when she heard that the singer had made a desperate rambling, and very public plea to get the supermodel her back in his life. In it, the heroin and crack-addled singer described Miss Moss in one breath as a “nasty old rag” who would jealously lash out at him and once “kicked him in the head”.

In a second interview today, which will no doubt further fuel the model’s anger, he said his relationship with the model “became like the Vietnam war.” He added: “I was always dodging bullets.” In the next breath he passionately declared: “I love her with all my heart. I like the way she walks and talks. Continuing his riddle of contradictions, he today insisted he did not beg to take back Miss Moss, but his tune was certainly different a day earlier when he professed: “I love her bones. I love her brain. Take me back. Kate if you love me then realise I don’t want any other girl. I’m here to tell her that I love her.”

In a move which can hardly have been designed to woo back the love of his life, Doherty went on to reveal how he met someone new the day Kate dumped him – a Parisian model called Christine – who has apparently accepted his proposal of marriage. Doherty also claimed that days after their split earlier this month, Miss Moss had left a drunken message on his phone in which she sang the sentimental classic Moon River.
