Kevin Federline will retain custody of his children and Britney will get monitored visitation. This was the conclusion of a court hearing lasting nearly three hours.
Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both side presented evidence at today’s hearing. He would not say exactly what happened, but he hinted that the judge would make an order soon. He also told reporters outside that he and Kevin felt the ruling was “justified.”
There’s another hearing on October 26 and both Kevin Federline and Britney Spears must be present.
