This week Patrick has given advice on the Do’s and Don’ts of the modeling world.

Rule 1:? Don’t complain no matter what – Do participate in work.

Rule 2: Don’t do drugs or other illegal substances – Do workout regularly and eat healthy.

Rule 3: Don’t ever talk bad about other models or clients, photographers – Do speak well about others and give compliments.

Rule 4: Don’t pretend to be somebody you’re not – Do be honest and proud of where you come from.

Rule 5: Don’t be late for work- Do plan ahead

Rule 6: Don’t take, just because its FREE – Do share and give what you have.

Rule 7: Don’t tell people about your work or money – Do show interest in others.

Rule 8: Don’t hold back on your money – Do enjoy it. life is short!

Rule 9: Don’t forget about important values – Do apply values at all times.

Rule 10: Don’t be a suck up to anyone – Do believe in yourself.

Rule 11: Don’t let anyone or anything stop you- Do everything you ever dreamed of.

Rule 12: Don’t lose yourself in the crowd-Do feel yourself through the crowd.

Rule 13: Do dress well at all time if possible- Don’t dress useless.

Rule 14: Do engage with photographer and clients- Don’t work against the photographer and clients. Have Will.

Rule 15: Do your best at all time, no matter what – Don’t sit and wait for things to happen.

Rule 16: Don’t just do what you want – Do exactly what your agency tells you too.

Rule 17: Don’t blow your money on things you don’t need – Do invest in yourself.

Rule 18: Don’t follow the crowd – Do things differently from the rest.

Rule 19: Don’t limit yourself – Do things you never thought were possible.

Rule 20: Do tell people about your life experience

Rule 21: Do feel happy about yourself and life.

Rule 22: Do be the star that you are.
