Britney?first put her Tuscan Villa-style home on the market in February (07), just three months after she bought it, for $7.2 million.?
Spears, who also has a property in nearby Malibu, decided against selling the house in April (07), following a month in rehab.? Now the six bedroom property, which comes complete with a media room and maids’ quarters, is being offered for $7.5 million – and the pop superstar is offering up her furniture as an added incentive.? What more can a person want – Britney has such good taste (ya right) I am sure her furntire being included is the deal breaker!
