Britney Spears and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib were spottedthe day the pop star was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.? The two are not saying whether they are a couple, but cameras spotted the duo sharing a lollipop and relaxing at a bungalow in Santa Barbara on Saturday night.
CelebTV.com also has video of the two holding hands and kissing while making a Starbucks run the following day.
