Believe it or not that is Mickey Rourke!  Is he trying to rival Joan Rivers in the plastic surgery department.  The days of him being a sex symbol are long gone, he is downright scary looking.   Maybe if he washed his hair he might not look so bad, ughhh he is greasy…

Mickey was in Venice for the premiere of The Wrestler, in which he plays Randy ‘The Ram’ Robinson, a past-his-prime professional who tries for one last shot at glory.
