Party hardy girl Amy Winehouse never misses an opportunity to have a party. But that’s exactly what happened, Amy gave a miss to the most important party of the year year – her 25th birthday.
Instead friends and family, including mother Janis, newly-single Mark Ronson, singer Adele, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace could only stand around drinking and waiting as they got stood up by Amy. They all waited at the Jazz After Dark club in Soho, where a surprise celebration had been arranged for Amy.
But the birthday girl never arrived. Amy’s mother Janis, who is ill with multiple sclerosis, was at father Mitch’s side, supported by a walking stick.
