Shenae was born October 24, 1989 and is a Gemini Award winning Canadian actress. She currently plays the role of Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation, as well as the role of Annie Wilson in 90210, the new spinoff of Beverly Hills, 90210. She is half Irish on her father’s side and half Italian on her mother’s side. Shenae Grimes graces the cover of November 2008 Saturday Night Magazine.
After being cast as 90210’s central character Annie Wilson, Shenae has been strapped into the Hollywood rollercoaster of fickle fans, critics, parties, red carpets, press and paparazzi, a ride that would put a strain on any fresh-faced 18-year-old.
