In the Britney Spears’s new video, "Womanizer," the superstar definitely appears to be in top physical form, something that’s not hard to notice since she appears mostly naked.
"She’s lost a total of 25 pounds over the last several months," says a source who’s helping her with her fitness routine. "She’s losing about two pounds a week, which might be a little much, but she’s never looked so good in her life."
