Jack claims MTV’s series The Osbournes – which made stars of him, sister Kelly and mother Sharon – misrepresented his father. Hmmm what was to misunderstand on the show, he was stoned and drunk most of it lol……Initially titled John – Ozzy’s real first name – the documentary will feature interviews with all the principal members of Black Sabbath.
Jack said: "My dad’s not an idiot — he’s nothing short of a genius." "He does have huge flaws, and we’re trying to really paint an honest picture of that," he added. "I think The Osbournes, to a degree, tarnished the public’s perception of my dad as a bit of a senile, funny, bumbling guy. "My dad can be that guy, but it’s not him. I think that almost discredited who he is as an artist."
But he said it might be hard to persuade family and friends to open up with their real thoughts about the rocker, who is 60 in December. "The hard thing is getting people to be honest and not have it be a fluff piece, because that’s not what we’re trying to do," he said. Jack plans to preview parts of the film at next year’s Ozzfest festival. Source
