TMZ is reporting that Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with Driving Under the Influence. The L.A. County D.A. just rejected the case on grounds of insufficient evidence. Moral of the story – celebs get away with everything. Shia was arrested after his car accident on July 27.
Boo hoo poor Shia he is not off scot-free. Shia will almost certainly have his license suspended because he refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. Now lets guess why he refused to have one….. hmmmm – could it be because he was fricking drinking? Steve Whitmore from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept says Shia’s DMV hearing is tomorrow.
