Stallone has never had the sort of physique that knowledgeable people associate with steroids. In these photos, he looks athletic and muscular, but not in such a way as to appear that he's using anything. I've never used anything in my life, and my muscles are about as large as his in these pictures. Back in the days when he was known for his physique, (mostly in the 80's) he never had the look of someone who used steroids. At any point. Steroids create a gigantic, freakish look, and Stallone has never had that. Actually, steroids will NOT do that for you.
