In the 2001 episode, Staub played a sexy Italian woman on a date with Jackson Montgomery (played by Walt Willey).
She had few lines — including "so my grandmother told me" and "of course" — but appeared alongside Josh Duhamel, who starred on the ABC soap for three years.
