TMZ is reporting that law enforcement are proceeding on the assumption that Doctor Conrad Murray was the one who administered Propofol to Michael Jackson which led to his death.  Apparently when the parametics arrived at Michael’s home they found an IV in his arm and an IV stand near him.  When they arrived Dr. Murray was difficult to deal with and in the way.  Dr. Murray insisted that they not pronounce Michael as dead in his home even though they felt he was, he insisted they take Michael to the hospital.  At the UCLA medical centre they stopped performing resuscitation efforts because clearly Micheal had passed away, however, Dr. Murray continued with CPR.

It seems more and more that Dr. Murray made a huge mistake here, I am sure he is trying right now to cut some kind of deal with the DA.
