So it seems80’s  Magnuim PI star Tom Selleck was sold a lame horse. Tom accused Del Mar equestrian Dolores Cuenca of trying to pass off a show horse with a medical condition as fit to ride in competitions.   The seller said Tom was a dumb dumb and did not check the medical records.

However, the jury decided Tom was duped and awarded Tom $187,000 to cover boarding costs.  A second trial next week will determine punative damages.  Photo: Flynet Pictures
