Irish Central is reporting that family, friends and fans rallied round Susan Boyle Friday after the star was admitted to hospital. Susan was treated at hospital in Scotland for a stomach upset amid fears that she may have contracted swine flu. Swine flu is spreading rapidly in Scotland, as well as Ireland, England and Wales and fans are praying Susan is OK.
One fan said: "My husband and I are still recovering from what seemed like flu (thank goodness it’s not swine flu). Stomach upset is one of the symptoms of this flu-like illness that is going around. That’s why I’m praying for Susan’s health and posted a prayer for her in the praying thread. Please remember to pray for protection for her – her health, her voice, her life. Thank you." A local radio station in Scotland said that Susan was treated at a hospital near her home for a "stomach upset."
