Three time rehab loser Lindsay Lohan is saying it is okay for younger sister Ali Lohan to party at 15. Lindsay thinks Ali can cope with the partying lifestyle much better than she can. Lindsay says Ali is very reponsable and if she has homework she will do it before going out. Earth to Lindsay, Ali is six years below the legal age to go out and partying and drinking. Lindsay who is rumored to be addicted to prescription drugs is in NO position to be making this decision.
