Celebs attend the Glamour Magazine 2009 Women of The Year Honor Awards held at Carnegie Hall in New York City, New York on November 9, 2009.  Below celebs in attendance:

Rihanna was hailed as the 2009 Woman of the Year. This honour has been given to the singer for her style, songs as well as her work with Believe Foundation. The Magazine says that she is also a positive role model.
