Gosh Heidi Klum Samuel and are so adorable. On Friday, a Los Angeles commissioner approved Heidi Klum’s legal name change to Heidi Samuel, her husband Seal’s surname. The couple have been married for four years and have four children. Heidi surprised people this week by walking in the Victoria Secret Fashion show in New York just six weeks after she gave birth to her forth child. Photo: Fame Pictures
