Larimer County, Colo., Sheriff Jim Alderden is saying that it is probable charges will be laid again Richard and Mayumi Heene the parents of the Balloon Boy.
Richard Heene called The FAA to report their 6-year-old son Falcon was in a flying saucer-shaped balloon that escaped from the family’s backyard. However Richard continues to claim the the balloon incident was not a publicity stunt, posted a sign on the door of his Fort Collins home late Friday saying he would not be giving further interviews, only to step outside on Saturday to tell reporters that a "big announcement" was coming.
Richard and his family appeared on the ABC reality show "Wife Swap," and the show’s producer said it had a show in development with the Heenes but the deal is now off. TLC also said Heene had pitched a reality show to the network months ago, but it passed on the offer. What a moron clealy this was a publicity stunt to get "the reality show"
