Just hours earlier, Penelope Cruz was down and lying in bed with food poisoning.
Later after medication, she managed to glow at a party at Cannes. Its very true, how good actor you are.
The 35-year-old Oscar winner had to pull out of an appearance at a trailer screening of her movie Nine on Monday afternoon when she was struck down with a tummy bug.
The Spanish brunette looked stunning in a floor-length white gown with plunging neckline and matching jacket.
She spent just 30 minutes at the party, which was sponsored by Akvinta vodka and aimed to raise money for her friend Bono’s (Red) Aids charity.
Penelope looked stunning in bandeau dress and Christian Louboutin heels at a photocall for new movie Broken Embraces at Cannes on Tuesday
