Carrie Prejean is a part of yet another scandal but this time it’s a personal video of the former Miss California USA. Carrie has come forward about a sexy and personal tape she had made for an ex-boyfriend a few years back and states that it was “the biggest mistake” of her life and now he has “betrayed” her by selling the tape.
