"Dancing With The Stars" celebrities come out in full force to celebrate Kelly Osbourne’s 25th birthday in Hollywood, CA. Meanwhile the Mirror is reporting that Kelly Osbourne’s dad Ozzy is not keen to see her get married.
She is engaged to model Luke Worrall, 19, and he did the traditional thing by asking Kelly’s dad for permission to propose. Ozzy rates him as “a lovely guy” but still had reservations giving him the go ahead to pop the question.

During this week’s episode of "Dancing With The Stars" Kelly and Louis do the jitterbug. Despite her injury (she sprained her ancle), she was determined to move forward. The dance was very cute. It may not have all the tricks like Mark’s but it has a lot of technique and her own brand of fun in it. The judges had this to say about it: Carrie Ann thinks she needs to stay in the happy place; Len says it was a bit flatfooted and Bruno wants her to throw away her fear and let it happen.
