Born on September 23, 2009 in the Vienna Zoo Schoenbrunn, Australia this baby White Handed Gibbon shows such an astonishing similarity with Steven Spielberg’s E.T. that the zoo has decided to call the little ape just that. E.T is the 2nd offspring of his father Robert (11) and his mother Sipura (21). Some zoologists classify gibbons among apes. All 15 species of Gibbons are living in Asia; most of them are critically endangered as their forest habitats are vanishing. Photo: Fame Pictures
