George Clooney is set to reprise his role as Dr. Doug Ross when he shoots scenes for an appearance on ER Thursday and Friday of this week. Fans were hoping that George would return to the show but and producers recently said nothing was confirmed. "We’ve talked about it a couple times. If he stops by and wants to do it, he’ll do it," said ER creator John Wells recently. It has been confirmed by Entertainment Tonight – Fans have indeed gotten their wish Dr. Ross will return!
