For all you "Hills" fans, judging by the first official trailer, exclusive to People.com, for the new episodes of The Hills, there’s going to be plenty to talk about when the show returns to MTV on Sept. 29.
“She’s the girl that’s going to stab us all in the back and she doesn’t care,” Stephanie Pratt says about Kristin Cavallari’s anticipated return. “How can one person turn all our lives upside down?”
