Kim Catrall and Sarah Jessica Parker made a cheerful appearance on the red carpet at the premiere of “Did You Hear About The Morgan’s?” in New York City, New York on December 14, 2009. With rumors always swirling about the "Bad Blood” between Sarah Jessica Parker and her “Sex in the City” cast mate Kim Catrall it was surprising to see the two laughing and smiling together tonight.
