Congratulation to Angelina Jolie lookalike Yulia Obraztsova for winning the 2009 Miss Moscow Contest.  Rumors abound that the lovely Miss Obraztsova was forced to bed Russian Prime Minister and unofficial dictator Vladimir Putin before being given the crown. When asked what she thought about these rumors Obraztsova said “ better Putin than Obama, at least Putin has testicles.”
