It seems that Nicholas Cage is losing money all over the place as he is being forced to sell properties he owns at well under their assessed value because he can’t make the payments and owes a fortune in back taxes. What a moron! The guy makes millions of dollars plying his trade as an actor but of course that isn’t enough! Instead he partners up with a gonif named Samuel Levin and tries to become a real estate tycoon. Alas, he didn’t anticipate the recession and found himself overextended financially. So when the piper came a calling Nicholas found himself short – next came the foreclosures… .
Cages acting has been marginal for some time now. Ever since he starred in the complete piece of trash "National Treasure" he has been a B grade actor in my books. Now that he is desperate for money one can only imagine the trash in which he will appear. As it was he seemed to have no judgment about choosing roles and now we can expect him to appear in anything that offers a big check – maybe he’ll be doing commercials soon. What a loser!
