Nicole Kidman & Gwyneth Paltrow are to play husband and wife in a new film about the world’s first post-operative transsexual. Nicole will play Einar Wegener, the Danish artist who was born a man and married illustrator Gerda Gottlieb in 1904. Gwyneth will play Gerda Gottlieb.
The film, The Danish Girl, will be produced by Nicole’s own company, Blossom Films. It is based on the international best-seller of the same name by David Ebershoff. Photo: Flynet Pictures
