OJ Simpson – Many Want To Interview All Star Convict

I remember sitting in the cafeteria of Brown University the afternoon that the ‘Not Guilty’ verdict for OJ was read at his murder trial – a chorus of screams and shouts and cheers rang out from behind the service counters where the employees had been glued to the television awaiting the verdict – what a happy bunch these employees of the university were to here that OJ would go free! I remember feeling angry and betrayed at the time how could an obvious murderer go free – how could a jury find this murdering low life not guilty?

Years passed and OJ continued to live large – while his two victims, Ronald Goldman and Nicole Brown, lay dead. It bothered me greatly – whenever I’d read something about Simpson I would recall with bitterness the miscarriage of justice that allowed him to go free. Then the idiot pushed his luck too far and the fist of justice came crashing down on his dumb over-sized head! Yay! 13 years to the day after he was acquitted of murder in California he was found guilty of 12 charges including kidnapping and armed robbery in Nevada!! Now the murderer sits in jail on a sentence of up to 33 years – he will not be eligible for parole for at least 9 years.

Anyway, I digress. I think that granting interviews with OJ is a good idea – let people see what happens to remorseless bad men who do awful things to other people.   Photo: Flynet Pictures
