Nursing her need for retail therapy, Stephanie was observed on a retail therapy romp in the SoHo district of Manhattan earlier in the day.
Miss Pratt stopped by TopShop only to be mobbed by fans and paparazzi. And like a gracious celebutante, she stopped to sign autographs before heading back to her hotel.
