Gossip Girl 16 year old Taylor Momsen graces the February 2010 cover of Seventeen Magazine.  Taylor made her acting debut in "How The Grinch Stole Christmas".

Taylor Momsen says she’s sick of people reminding her that she’s only 16! The Gossip Girl actress and rocker told Seventeen magazine, “I think people don’t really take me seriously because I’m 16. And they think most 16-year-olds don’t know what they want to do. But I actually really do, because I’ve been thinking about it since I was [two-years-old].”  

As well as being an actress Taylor has music aspirations, and fronts the punk-rock band The Pretty Reckless.
