The Question On Everyone’s Mind: Did Michael Jackson’s Doctor Administer the Fatal Drugs?

The big question on everyone’s mind now is "How could this happen?"  How could a doctor administer a fatal dose of Demerol and still be free?  Did Dr. Murray administer the fatal dose or did someone else?

A lawyer for Michael Jackson’s doctor is denying his client ever gave or prescribed Jackson the painkillers Demerol or OxyContin, and denied reports suggesting that the doctor gave the pop star drugs that contributed to his death.   Now this is a big surpise, I guess Dr. Murray does not want to be arrested for murder!

Dr. Murray has never prescribed nor administered Demerol to Michael Jackson," Chernoff said. "Not ever. Not that day. … Not Oxycontin (either) for that matter."   The doctor is claiming that Michael still had a faint pulse and a warm body when he found him in bed and not breathing on Thursday afternoon.   Dr. Murray is claiming that he was indeed  at Michael’s mansion  and he discovered Jackson in bed and not breathing. He says he immediately began administering CPR.

"He just happened to find him in his bed, and he wasn’t breathing," the lawyer said. "Mr. Jackson was still warm and had a pulse."

The Jackson family requested a private autopsy in part because of questions about Murray.  Why was Dr. Murray at Michael’s house, why did he perform CPR on the bed, why did Dr. Murray not see the state Michael was in?.  Many unanswered questions which need to be addressed.
