For the third time in less than one month former NASCAR driver Jimmy Neal has been arrested. This time his own bail bondsman observed him in a hotel room with methamphetamine and narcotics paraphenalia and had him arrested. And this is his OWN bail bondsman, the guy who got him out of jail the last time. Tell me, will Neal be requesting that his bail be put up by this guy – LOL!
