Apparently the LA County Coroner’s office is not happy with Brittney Murphy’s toxicology report.   TMZ is reporting that the Cheif coroner went back to visit Brittney’s husband and her mother.  Apparently an employee of Brittney’s told the police a package arrived every Friday under the name Lola and it contained perscriptions.  The packages also showed up in the places where she was filming.  The coroner questioned both husband and mother regarding why there is no record of Brittney visiting a doctor although she was ill for the past couple of months.  Photo: Fame Pictures
