When I first saw this picture it scared me. WTF happened to Latoya Jackson she was not a beauty but this is just downright scary? I would hate to meet her in a dark alley late at night she would scare the crap out of me. Latoya is seen here meeting making shakes at Millions Of Milkshakes. She was there greeting fans at a Michael Jackson tribute event at the Westfield Mall in Culver City, California. LaToya says she is trying to keep Michael’s memory in the fan’s minds.
