Lindsay Lohan Wants To Leave Rehab To Work On Inferno

Lindsay Lohan must be getting antsy to leave the Betty Ford Center — either that, or completely flat broke!

Apparently the fallen actress wants to take a little break from her treatment at the facility so that she can work on her upcoming movie, Inferno. According to reports, she is looking into getting a work pass so that she can leave the facility to work on the flick.

The movie’s director, Matthew Wilder, says that the two of them have been in constant contact over the casting for the movie. He said, “Lindsay is happy and I have been sending her some films starring several actors that we would like to cast alongside her in our movie. She just received them so we are still waiting for her feedback but we really want her to be part of the whole experience even although she is not physically here in Los Angeles.”

He continued, “Lindsay told me that she is working to get a work pass so that she can get out and meet us to discuss the project. Obviously, she would probably need some kind of monitor and I think that she feels cooped up sometimes which is understandable.”

Despite her struggles, he added that she “seems to be doing well” and is still “excited about Inferno.”
