Montana Fishburne might just get sent to the pokey after getting down and dirty in her new porn flick.
Montana was reportedly arrested for prostitution last year and it’s been said that taking money in exchange for sex is a violation of the terms of her parole.
She allegedly pleaded guilty to the prostitution charge in order to avoid jail time and she also received two years of probation. It would appear that doing a porn is similar to that situation, just with more paperwork. Her lawyer, Sammy Weiss, has said that she could get six months in jail for her part in the porn movie.
A former hooker friend of Montana’s said that she was walking the streets for over a year. Perhaps she started as a minor and that’s why she didn’t get arrested on the first charge? The friend said that when Montana started hooking for her boyfriend, her dad cut her off, so she moved in with his family. He talked her into prostitution and porn.
She needs to get it together and stop acting like she’s so proud to show her cooter to the planet.
