Yesterday Mel Gibson went back to court in the next round of the custody war between him and Oksana Grigorieva – the war has been going on for months. They were stuck in court for the full day with Oksana spending most of the day on the stand. Mel is asking for full custody of Lucia since Oksana has been blabbing to every media person who will listen. Mel thinks Oksana is not being a good mommy. Oksana recently went on Larry King to tell her story after the judge put a gag order on her and that was enough for the Melster – so back to court they went.
Oksana was grilled about going to the media to tell her story … and whether she felt that was in the best interest of Lucia.
No decision was made yesteday and the two are due back in court December 15th, 2010. Both Mel and Oksana refused to comment on yesterday’s proceedings.
