Apparently DWTS has been trying to convince Paula to appear on their show for years now.    Paula is no stranger to dancing she rose from a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers to highly sought-after choreographer at the height of the music video era.  DWTS is rumored to be offering $1 million dollars for a stint on the new season which is starting in March 2010.

It seems to me that if Paula is chosen to be a contestant it would not be fair.  The point of the show is a competition between people who are not professional dancers.  Paula is a dancer and a choreographer and it would be unfair to the other contestants.  It would be far better to have her as a guest judge.  What do you think?  Should Paula be a contestant on DWTS?  Photo: Fame Pictures
