Richard Heene has been in jail since January 11 serving his 90 day sentence for his guilty plea to a felony charge of attempting to influence a public servant. Apparently Heene can be released after 30 days for 60 days of work release – what work does Richard do exactly? Oh yes – he chases storms and tornadoes with his poor wife and mistreated children.
Mayumi was sentenced to 20 days and she begins serving her time when Richard gets out. The authorities didn’t want to both parents locked up at the same time. Now with parents like the Heenes one would think that the authorities would do something to protect these kids from continually being used as props by their fame hungry parents.
