January 11th, 2010 a new book Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America by Peter Biskind will be released. You can pre-order a copy for $18 US on Amazon. The book claims Warren bedded approx 12,775 women – seems Warren was a real "Man Whore", he got around ;-) The book is being advertised as an authorized biography but Warren through his lawyers deny the book was sancioned. His lawyer said:
"Mr. Biskind’s tedious and boring book on Mr. Beatty was not authorized by Mr. Beatty and should not be published as an authorized biography," according to the attorney. "It contains many false assertions and purportedly quotes Mr. Beatty as saying things he never said. Other media should not repeat things from the book on the assumption that they are true or that the book is an authorized biography."
Warren’s private life has been the subject of gossip for decades, and Star confirms his status as Hollywood’s leading man in the bedroom, describing his affairs with Joan Collins, Natalie Wood, Leslie Caron, Julie Christie, Michelle Phillips, Diane Keaton, and Madonna, among many others.
