Despite convincing pictorial evidence to the contrary, Ali Lohan categorically denies having had plastic surgery and big sis Lindsay backs her up.
Gossip Cop asked big sister Lindsay if Ali has had some work done. Lindsay’s reply was an emphatic, “No way! Never!” Chalk up another big lie for Lindsay.

The images released got lots of attention because Ali is only 17 – so seeing her bearing the signs of the typical Hollywood cosmetic surgery smorgasbord including plasticine skin, sculpted chin, swollen lips and new rigid cheekbones made people queasy. I mean the girl is a minor and already she has been molded, cut and stamped to fit today’s Hollywood idea of beauty.
And the lies continue unabated as Alexis Borges, the agency director at Next Model Management which represents Ali, spewed: “Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery”
“As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
Well pictures in this case are worth thousands of words – and they put the lie to them all.
